Anna Fält, Emma Fält (SE/FIN) and Andrea Mancianti (ITA/FIN). Invitation to Dance is a spellbinding performance, an intimate ceremony, an invitation to calm down or get wild together. The performers create a soundscape that combines ancient traditional and electronic music, experimental voice techniques, improvisation, as well as rhythms and traces created by drawing using different materials.

Invitation to Dance consists of moments of listening, drawing, and bodies moving in the shared space. The piece was born from the basic need to come together and create and play, to maybe invite dancing….

Anna Fält is a voice artist and singing teacher who works extensively in the field of performing arts and folk music. Emma Fält is an artist working with drawing, installation, performing arts and participatory practices.
